أكاديمية “نعين” للتدريب الرقمي
تهدف أكاديمية «نعين» للتدريب الرقمي إلى بناء وتنمية القدرات الرقمية، وتأهيل الكفاءات المتخصصة في القطاع غير الربحي والطلاب الجامعيين، بما يواكب متطلبات التحول الرقمي واحتياجات سوق العمل المستقبلي. تركّز الأكاديمية على تقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة وعملية في المجالات التقنية والإدارية الرقمية، تشمل التحول الرقمي، إدارة الأنظمة، الأمن السيبراني، تحليل البيانات، إدارة المنصات الرقمية، وأدوات العمل السحابي، وذلك من خلال مسارات تدريبية مصممة بعناية تجمع بين الجانب النظري والتطبيقي. وتسعى الأكاديمية إلى تمكين المتدربين من اكتساب مهارات رقمية معتمدة، وتعزيز جاهزيتهم المهنية، ورفع كفاءة العاملين والمتطوعين في الجمعيات، بما يسهم في تطوير الأداء المؤسسي للقطاع غير الربحي، ودعم الاستدامة، وتعظيم الأثر الاجتماعي من خلال كوادر مؤهلة وقادرة على قيادة التحول الرقمي.

“Leaders of Digital Transformation in the Non-Profit Sector” Program
The Digital Transformation Leaders Program in the Non-Profit Sector aims to prepare and qualify digital leaders capable of leading technological transformation initiatives within non-profit organizations and institutions. This is achieved through the provision of accredited professional certifications in specialized technical fields that serve the needs of the non-profit sector. The program focuses on building advanced leadership and technical capabilities through professional training pathways that combine theoretical knowledge with practical application. These pathways cover areas such as digital transformation, technology project management, technology governance, cybersecurity, and data analytics. The program also empowers participants to implement best technological practices and effectively lead organizational change. Furthermore, the program seeks to enhance the readiness of national leaders and raise the professional competence of those working in the non-profit sector. This supports institutional sustainability, enhances the quality of services provided, and achieves a sustainable social impact through qualified and digitally certified personnel.
“Digital Accreditation for Associations” Program
The Digital Accreditation Program for Associations aims to enhance the digital readiness of non-profit and civil society organizations by establishing clear and systematic standards for assessing their digital maturity and measuring the efficiency of their use of modern technologies in administrative, operational, and service-related aspects. The program focuses on a comprehensive assessment of the digital landscape of associations according to approved criteria that include digital governance, data management, information security, technical systems, and beneficiary experience. Detailed reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement are then generated. Based on the assessment results, digital accreditation certificates are awarded, reflecting the association's level of digital maturity and contributing to increased trust and transparency with donors and beneficiaries. The program serves as an effective tool to support sustainable digital transformation, empower associations to improve their institutional performance, and encourage them to adopt best technological practices. This, in turn, positively impacts the quality of services provided and leads to a broader social impact.
